This collection features specialized EVA foam profiles that serve as the foundation for advanced costume projects. These products allow for the quick creation of precise shapes, eliminating the need for time-consuming sanding of raw sheets. Using these ready-made cosplay materials significantly accelerates the process of crafting armor details, weapon trimmings, and decorative elements for LARP projects.

Available profile variants

• EVA foam rods: Circular cross-sections ideal for creating weapon grips, ornamental details, or flexible structural reinforcements. The material is easily heat-formed, allowing for the addition of subtle curves.
• EVA foam half-rounds: The flat base facilitates mounting onto flat armor surfaces, ensuring a stable bond with the base. Frequently used as raised decorative details, reinforcement strips, or rounded edges.
• EVA foam equilateral triangles: Sharp-angled profiles, essential for creating geometric patterns, spikes, edge reinforcements, and bold architectural details. Their regular structure ensures consistency of elements across the entire costume.
• Flexibility and processing: All profiles are characterized by high elasticity and ease of cutting with precision knives. Bonding to the foam base is achieved using standard contact cements, ensuring the durability of the structure.
